Um.....thanks. It's always nice to have ones birthday remembered (though I must admit, I forgot for a fair bit of today...a clear sign of age, I guess).
Good luck on the weight watchers program, for all three of you. I think that the important thing is not just making whatever your target weight is, but keeping it there (just my two cents, but I've never tried weight watchers.) Good Luck!
